Downdraft Paint Booths
Fresh air is forced through filter media located in the booths’ ceiling filter rack system. This filtered air is drawn down and around the vehicle through the use of a filtered pit exhaust system, located in the floor of the booth.
Modified Downdraft Booths
Different than direct downdraft, fresh air is forced through filter media in the front end of the booth and flows down and away from the vehicle through exhaust filter towers at the rear of the booth.
Closed Top Open Front
Increasing production by streamlining work flow and enhancing throughput is a proven solution to a paint shop’s bottleneck. The Garmat® USA preparation area became the first of its kind to be listed as a Closed Top Open Front Spray Booth, and maintains that leading edge every year!
Waterborne paint is a low VOC content paint developed as an alternative to traditional solvent based paints. There are many reasons that shops have moved from solvent to waterborne, among them are environmental and health concerns from the use of solvent based paints.
Aluminum Isolation Stations
FilterWorks and Garmat® USA offer a full line of Aluminum Repair and Isolation Stations for your specialized processes. From standard curtain enclosures to full lit ceilings. We can customize a solution that can evolve with your shops ever changing needs.
Vehicle Prep Areas
In the body shop, Intelle-Air can actually alleviate bottleneck – The unit is mobile so it can be positioned where you need it most, eliminating the need to constantly rearrange cars or parts to prepped and / or sprayed.
Paint Mixing Stations
Mixing Rooms are designed to provide a well illuminated, clean ventilated work area for mixing applications. These units utilize a positive pressure environment to help eliminate contaminated shop air from interfering with the mixing process.
Finishing Work Stations
If you are looking for a way to increase productivity in your paint shop, the Garmat® finish work stations can help accomplish just that. With the Garmat® Quantum™, you are provided with a downdraft environment for refinishing parts.
